Fitness Management

This module provides complete management of all session package activities across the entire organization, including Personal Training, Pilates, and Massage.

Module includes sales, scheduling and redemption management. Also provides filters to ensure that all business policies are followed before approving payroll for the redeemed session.

Revenue deferral and recognition is automated. Session revenue is recognized when sessions are redeemed and is allocated to the providing club.
Classes and sessions can be scheduled and/or redeemed from any station, including a station specifically designed for fitness floor check in.
Detailed records of all activities purchased and used are maintained on each member and prospect record.
Electronic signature for session redemption reduces errors and eliminates cumbersome paper logs.
Session redemptions not meeting your defined requirements are held in a pending area for management verification.
Activities sold and rendered are automatically updated in QComp for commission and payroll purposes.
